NCO Financial I am experiencing close to fraud with NCO Financial. Over a month ago I have paid my debt and it is still not cleared from my record. I have called numerous times and sit on hold for over 20 minutes and get abruptly hung up on. Last week I finally talked to an agent, but she could not find any record of who I was or my payment. She gives me another number to call, where I am left no choice, but to leave a message. I have not heard a response back. I have tried over and over to get a hold of another agent, but not only do I sit on hold for another 20 minutes, the phone hangs up on me and tells me their number is currently out of order! So what do I do? I have given them close to $1000.00 and there is no way to get a response from them. Did they steal my payment? Is this a case of fraud? How do I take control of this situation and report them as a fraudulent company?
