Just past February I noticed a charge of $89.95 charged to my bank account along with a $9.95 charge from CIC Credit Report Monitoring. Never did I ever apply to a free credit report online or anything of that nature. I called the phone number that was listed next to the charge on my bank statement and the phone number was disconnected so I did a little searching around online and found a customer service number for CIC CRedit Report Monitoring (Experian) and spoke with a lady on how they got my personal information and her reply was exactly this "I don't know you must have signed up for it somewhere"...she was unprofessional along with the next person she put on the phone. When I asked them what services did they provide for me they put me on hold and never got back to me after waiting 45 plus minutes or so. When I called back I got an answer and was imediatley transfered to Darth Vader I kid you not, whenever I spoke into the phone I would hear a spooky echo and no one would answer. So after sevral faxes, emails and playing phone tag with these people March has arrived and they charged me $9.95 again. I called my bank and had them put a block on their merchant number so there would be NO further transactions from that company. So now the problem is how do I get my money back for services never recieved?
