reservation system collapse at Air Deccan and harrassment to customers.

Hi,

You must be knowing that the Air Deccan reservation system has completely gone for a toss since the last week or so. The web-site as well as their call center. Due to this, I was not able to re-book my tickets or cancel it and had to buy alternate tickets on other airlines at a higher price. Otherwise, I could have re-booked the tickets at Air Deccan for a sum of Rs 200 ( plus difference in fare).

Now they refuse to refund the complete money, even though the re-booking did not happen due to problem at their end.

This is really furstrating and real harrassment. The call centers are busy throughout the day.

I had booked two tickets from Air deccan for travel on the 12th (hyd-blr) and the 14th (blr-del) of March 2007.
