fridgidaire refrigerator bought at sears

sears repair service. i bought a frigidaire refrigerator from sears and a maintence agreement. i cannot make a home repair appointment on line because it keeps rejecting my e mail address. and when i call the repair center i have to wait several minutes to get a live operator and then i have to give all my info to at least 3 more operators before an appointment can be made. the same info three different times. why, why 3 times.what a system. i willl not buy from sears ever again. woody mcclendon, 1413 mimosa duncan ok 73533.
