chase on jefferson st in joliet IL

ok so im sure everybody makes mistakes i accidentally deposited to the wrong checking account a check and because i have never deposited in that account they put a hold so i go back the next day b4 work i go back to were i made the deposite they told me they could only do so much understandable but they smiled and checked out what they could do and told me also what i needed to do so i didi so i went to chase on jefferson st and these rude ladies who never let me talk to the bank manager made me go all over joliet and still told me that it was pointless and that i would basicly get no were i was polite but frusterated i even wrote my name on the sighn in sheet and she crossed it off !!!!! mmm excuse me i still never got to see the manger and she told me well he will just do the same thing good bye!!! geezz what did i do to make u so ticked at me and im supposed to refinace my house with these guys ???
