I was contacted by Americor with a special program for people with excellent credit to re-finance my house. The program sounded really good with an interest rate starting at 1.25 and capping at 5.5% fixed for the remainder of the 30 years. As paperwork came in things were different than discussed. Darrren Williams either changed or explained any concerns we had. We bit the bait and after a year have now discovered that this is nothing more than an arm deferred interest loan and we now owe more on our loan than was originally borrowed. If anyone else is in a similar situation with Americor we'd like to hear from you and possibly try to build a case against them. They are lying and deceitful and should be put out of business before lots of other good people lose their money and/or homes.

I am a victim of Americor Lending, Travis Vayssie. And my loan was sold to Saxon Mortgage I have been struggling with this company for almost a year. They have applied payments for my insurance and taxes to interest only. Everyone with complaints need to contact the BBB in Ft. Worth Texas, the FTC.Gov. Keep updates posted.
