Webkinz from Toys Galore/Strawberry Central Hi, I Placed an order back on February 7, 2007 with Strawberry Central for 2 webkinz. One of the items were on backorder. I had sent an e-mail a couple of weeks later asking When the item would be in and shipped. I got an e-mail back that there should be a shipment coming in soon. By the way, the only way you can contact Them is by e-mail they only take orders over the phone but do not do customer service. I have been going back and forth with this company for over a month as to when my order Is going to be in. I sent another e-mail on February 27th and got one back saying the order Should be in next week and will be shipped and they will send me an e-mail with my tracking Number. It's March 16h and I haven't received any feedback still about my order. They also told me that if I cancel they will charge me a 30 percent restocking fee This company's customer service is terrible. I do not need these items now because I found them elsewhere. They were for my daughters birthday. I would not recommend to anyone doing business with Toys Galore/Strawberry Central in Florida. No clue how to get my money back or get in touch with someone to find out how to get the product/when it will come in. I tried to report them to the BBB, but they aren't listed!
