Dear Sir,

I wish to highlight about the pathetic service i have

received from 1 of your dealers in chennai.

Recently we bought konverz5200 model videocon washing

machine.

initially it works fine. after 2 months there is

problem. we given complaint in chennai service centre.

after that they and changed some spare part and says

that piece has some defect now we changed that now

onwards it will work fine. next day we ran the machine

again same problem. as soon as we informed to the

service centre. after that no one is came. when ever

we called up they said that we will come nextday.

this scenario occurs since 30 days.

Please contact me asap as im still fuming with this

treatment and incompetency.
