Beware the internet and text messaging nightmare. Once you start receiving them, at anywhere from 2.00 to 9.99 a pop, they can't be stopped. You get every excuse taught to the reps. We can't do anything about third party text, we can't stop that because it's premium text, etc..... And here you are trapped in this 2 year contract. It's been a 2 year billing nightmare. Best advice - stay away from Verizon. I've found that there's too many things better out there.
