Total 20.06

As I am sure you're aware, the Excel program calculates the Total

automatically, and usually with very little error. Simon's Total on their

site shows me with a Balance of $0.00!!! :( In addition. the 02/01/07

Inactive account fee of $0.14 is sandwiched between two Declined charges.

Now that is a bit much!!! I would also like to have that reversed, if

possible, since I was obviously trying to use the card at the time, but

their haphazard accounting system was screwing the system up!!!! Now, I

worked as a Staff Accountant for a small CPA firm here in St. Petersburg, FL

for two years prior to needing brain surgery that led to a stroke!:( So I

know how Accounting systems are supposed to work, and this one isn't!

Please investigate this matter and have Simon give me back my money

ASAP!!!!!
