On September 13, 2006 I opted to not move forward with Alliance Capital Corporation for the financing of new equipment. My decision pre-dated any signed contract for financing. I then asked this company to return my deposit of $1734.22. To date they refuse to remit my money. Any one doing business with this company should not give them a deposit until the deal meets your satisfaction. In this case, I was frustrated by lengthy delays, false promises, and the like. There is no excuse for not returning my deposit since I did not move forward with the financing.
