MDG Computers

It is absolutely incredible how many complaints are listed on the Internet against MDG Computers.

I visited the store last night with the intention of buyer a Desktop computer. It didn't take me very long to realized how unprofessional and dishonest this company really is. Their ads are borderline scams. I'm sure they are not breaking any law but nevertheless, they are running a dishonest business. I agree with every complaint listed on Complaints.Com and I sympathize with all the victims. I strongly believe that MDG should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau.

In brief, here is my story: I was hypnotized by the attractive price which was advertised in the flier but when I got to the store, nothing seemed attractive anymore.

Hidden Charges, Mail-in-Rebates, 2-year old technology, missing components, 90-Day Warranty, etc.... NOT ADVERTISED!!

When I brought it up to the Sales Rep's attention, he replied "which Ad are you looking at? We have so many different Ads running at the same time" You got to be kidding me. In other words, if I can't scam you then I'll scam your neighbor.

Anyhow, with all that said, I decided to shop around and customized my own computer with DELL and even ended-up paying less than the advertised price at MDG.

Food for thought: Do you research before buyer at MDG. Don't get scammed. You'll thank yourself later.
