Dormia memory foam mattress

bought a dormia "treasure" bed recently. had some questions that i addressed to the dormia email address for consumers.wanting some product information but listed on the web page- wanting to know the IDL rating of the visco-elastic memory foam, and this company refuses to respond to me. I have emailed them 3 times. I am not impressed with the after sale customer service. I just hope I haven't made a bid mistake in buying this bed.So far I have read far too many negative reviews of this company and thier product. have had the bed only 1 week. will update in the near future my opinion of this bed.

We purchased one of Dormia's Talalay latex beds for $3000. in 2006. With in a week it began to sink on both sides. If you read their warrenty, this is supposed to be normal and conforming to your body. Not to worry ???? Twelve months later it has sunk at least 2 inches (more on my husbands side ) and now we are both sleeping in a ditch. I have been seeking medical help for back pain. There has been no response from our complaints to Dormia. I think we should all ban together and sue this Company.

It is 5.3 lbs of visco memory foam you can calculate the ild rating by looking up the patents. Plus Dormia does donate 10 % of sales to U.S charities and makes, employs and keeps call centers in America. Many companies arent, so before you blast Dormia, blast the chinese companies Dormia has to compete with who are making absolute fake versions of these and creating prices that companies like Dormia and Tempur pedic and others have to compete with, if there is slight lack of quality blame our government for making us compete with people that pay there workers 50 cents an hour and work them 16 hours a day. Your kids will be working for 8 dollars an hour if you keep blasting American companies that are trying to compete unfairly and pay Americans a fair wage. Plus you can blame some of Dormias competitors aka sleep number and sealy who have secretly been known to hire illegal immigrants.
