You can tell a lot about a business by their after sales service. After transporting my computer to the above address I initially entered through their showroom to the service desk. I was immediately re-directed back outside to the "sevice dept" door at the side of the building.

When I opened that door what a visual experience! Picture this: a 10 X 8 ft. room similar to what you may find when incarcerated in a prison cell. 4 chairs, and 7 people crowded into what can only be described as squalor conditions. The room was filthy, staff were disorganized and indifferent to the waiting customers. A minor software issue took several hours, and the tech dept. could not diagnose the problem. Although my computer is still under warranty, I won't be back. MDG: SERVICE IS THE BACKBONE OF EVERY CORPORATION. TIME TO IMPROVE THE SERVICE DEPT.
