Botachtactical Order

Hi there,

I've been dealing with Botachtactical for the past three months and I still have not received my merchandise or even the refund. I just called them for the 5 time and once again left a voice mail. None of my other calls or emails have been answered.

At this time I'm going to have to get my attorney involved. Please review the following emails:

Hi there,

This is the 3rd notification that I'm sending you. Last e-mail from your company was 15 days ago stating that the inquiry had been forwarded to the person that would handle the order.

I really do not want to spend more time awaiting for an answer. Hereby I'm asking for a refund. Unless you can contact me in the next few days indicating that an order is in the process to be shipped and you can furnish a receipt, I want a full refund.

I am hoping that we can resolve this situation promptly without the intervention of a third party which I will summon if necessary.

This is my 2nd Email pertaining to this order. This order was shipped to the wrong location (8855 NW 3rd Place) when it was supposed to reach 8855 NW 28th Drive Apt 4.

Part of this order included a pair of boots which I did receive by "drop ship" to my residence. The rest of it I'm still waiting for at this time. At this time, if I can't get these items by the mid of Feb, I want a full refund for the ones I did not receive.

An e-mail addressing this issue was sent to you on Jan. 18 and has not been replied. Please contact me as soon as possible acknowledging it.
