I have recently purchased a P.O.S. system from them and these people give service a bad name. They came to install the system without having the menus programed and without the necessary hardware to complete the job, months later I still do not even have wall plates for the cat 5 cables to connect to. I let them temporarilly run the cables on the out side to be able to function but thse guys never even had the necessary equiptment to begin with. I have asked them to get the software issues corrected with my delivery drivers and their response was for me to wait for them to contact the software company that wrote the software and get a solution, of which Im still waiting months to get even a phone call to keep up to date. They sold me on the idea they were local and have been around a long time doing pizza restaurants like mine and yet basic functuality of this sysem is showing otherwise so I have contacted the software company myself and got no where execpt to find out that Bi-State was new with them, so the sales rep lied about their experience with this software and set up. I have had computer programers tell me it looks like we were a beta test site for thes people.

I also have had nothing but problems with these people. The programmers were ok but did not install some of the "key" functions that I was sold on such as forced drink orders. Furthermore when tech support finally came they said that this was a new thing and it was hard to set up. I also felt when they told me Mel, the owner and the man who sold me so well, did not even know how to run a computer that I had been very deceived. I have been finding different menu items for months that were programmed with the wrong price which cost me literaly hundreds of dollars. Lastly the final straw was when my kitchen printer stopped working and tech support said I needed a new one. When I contacted Mel he said it had been longer than a year, by 2 weeks I might add, and it would cost $500 for a new one. Well would you believe I myself, not by any means a computer tech just determined, fixed the problem myself which had nothing to do with the printer but the programming. By the way don't ever send them a late payment because they will hound you with letters filled with threatening RED LETTERS! This company is a joke I only wish I had read reviews about them earlier. They give small businesses a bad Name!!!

I have had horrible service from this company. The system had never worked right from the day they installed it.I probably had to comp 5 thousand dollars worth of food because there system would crash any time we got busy.I called tech support lots of times and they never fixed the problem. I sued them and won, luckily. I was scared to purchase another pos system thinking they were all bad, but I purchased a Revention system 2 years ago I have only had to call tech support once. What a difference in companies.
