I called the number listed 'To Order Service' from my Verizon bill, spend 25 minutes getting transferred around and starting all over with the automated systems - and yet I'm trying to order new wireless services!... I am 25 minutes into my call and still trying to get connected to someone who know about aircards and broadband wireless.

 

 

Very very annoying and frustrating.
