sing up for pogo

I hope you can help me. I have been tring to sing up for pogo games for ever and i think they have my e-mail not right they have it as Email User and it is Email User send me my password and i never get it. I wont the game pack for 39.99 a year. Can you help me with this ? It is very hard to find anything out about and i would real like to joing the club. Why do they make it so hard to get intouch with them? i JUST WONT THE GAMES. Thank you Darlene
