complaint against www.ultraherbal.com

Hi

I am very disappointed with this company. It is impossible to reach them by telephone, and alls they reply to your email with is copied and pasted information from there FAQs on the website. I ordered $200 worth of products and they have been returned to the company by Fed Ex (their shipper) and they keep responding with their returns policy that I have to return the empty boxes before I can get a refund. But I don't have any products? How can I return empty boxes? The most frustrating thing is not being able to speak to someone over the phone.
