request for remolt control replacement

I am a resident with two receivers in my home, 2219 Osgood St. Pgh. PA 15214.

I have called many times to get a replacement re molt control and I was promised by the Representative of your company that one was being mailed to me within 3 business days.

I have yet to receive a re molt for my second receiver. This has me very disturbed and I would like some satisfaction concerning this matter.It has been 2 months of phone calls and I have been thinking of can celling my subscription.

Please direct my concerns to someone that will take this matter as serious as I do to solve the problem.
