This is a complaint about Circuit City

I'm going through a lot of problems with Circuit City. My father was given a payoff settlement option. Which was to be paid over 3 months. The last payment my father couldn't make on time because he gets paid at the end of the month so he called and had the payment date moved to the end of the month. The rep and her supervisor both approved. They even sent a letter saying that it was paid in full. That was in January. Now within the past week they've called 10 times saying that we still owe them money due to late payments and that we owe them all together $570. I was like I'm not paying this because ya'll messed up and what makes it even worst is that ya'll sent us a paid in full letter. Now 2 months later you want another $570 because your rep and her supervisor messed up. I proceeded to tell them they wasn't getting another dime unless a judge said so and that the money that was paid to them needs to be put towards training the reps and supervisors the right way.
