Complaints:

1. The box to one of the products that I ordered came damaged inside the shipping package.

2. I called Big Al's Online customer service and the lady was very rude to me.

3. I have been ordering products from this company for over 5 yrs. This is only my second time to make a complaint and they were not helpful but rude to me.

4. I am so upset I will not order anymore products from them and will tell all my friends in the Fish Hobby.
