I am a private citizen and not with a business. I applied for a credit card with SEARS latter part of February '07 or early part of March '07, I received a response stating that I had to supply a physical address. I called SEARS, 1-800-340-0525, Wednesday, 03-14-07 @ 9:25 am and gave the lady my physical address. I told her that I use my Box # to receive my mail and she stated that cards were not send out to box numbers; this is the only address I receive my mail at and I believe that should be sufficient as I live out where there are no actual physical addresses. I gave her a physical address as: North Hiway 491, Mile marker 18, 1/4 mile west; she said the card would be sent there altho I told her I was not home all day because I work about 20 miles away & to please use the box #. Why is this a problem? I get credit cards, regular mail and bank cards through my box number. Thank you for your quick response.
