I have had my Sprint Service for about 4 years and have had pretty much nothing but trouble with the billing of my services. At first the bills were reasonable, but after about 2 months I started noticing the bill was over 150 a month. I am a single mom, and I put a second line on my bill at that time. I expected the bill to go up, but I have found things on my bill like overages for extra minutes when I have 2000 anytime minutes and know that my family and I do not use that many, my latest bill was for 250 plus, I had previously moved to Mississippi and had unlimited text messages put on my daughters phone for 15 dollars extra a month, which they told me would be on my March bill. Not only did I get billed the $15 on my Feb to March bill, I also got billed the $.15 per text for an additional bill of 92 plus dollars, then I had a media charge of $9.99 on my bill that should not have been there.

 

When I first called them they said they would take 1/2 of the 92 plus dollars and the $9.99 amount off of my bill, they also told me that my bill was for January not Feb through March, how can that be? I waited 2 weeks and checked my account, with no surprise to me they only took $1.40 off of my account.

 

Everytime I call and complain it is like they listen, but then, when the bill comes nothing has happened to remedy the problem, but let you be late one day with your payment and they turn you off.
