I have replaced the controls on my amana electric cooktop three times
in the last year and a half. They work fine for several monthes and
then become intermittent and then fail completely. A set of four
controls with shipping and handling costs close to $100. The
guarantee is only 90 days. Amana customer service is a stonewall.
They are no help and are rude.
I will never buy a product made by Whirlpool, Amana, Maytag,
Hoover,Jenn-Air, Magic Chef, Jade. All the same company.
