Three Oaks Montessori School in Palatine IL

Hello,

My name is Brandon, and I have a complaint against Three Oaks Montessori in Palatine, IL. The director refused to honor the terms of the day care service contract regarding hours of operation. Further more the director collected $540 under the authority of that contract; which the school was in breech of for the entirety of our business relationship. The director also used threats of law suits and refused to show us a copy of the signed contract as a means of collecting the mentioned dollar amount wrongfully. The $540 was for a two week time that my son was absent during disputes with the school.

My family is trying to collect that $540 that was under the authority of a broken contract, and $240 which is the value of the hours of operation promised in the contract but not provided by the school.

If you or your organization can offer any assistance in resolving this dispute my family and I will be very thankful. In the mean time I will continue to search for assistance using the means of advertising available. Please feel free to contact me for more information.
