Sprint PCS/Dada Binary

Sprint PCS/Dada Binary

For any Sprint PCS user, you will get a run around about your charges for Dada Binary ringers. If you visit their website and attempt to download their "free" ringtones, you are automatically subscribed to their $9.99 a month service and don't get any thing in return with the exception of a run around by Sprint. After a half dozen letters (including one to their CEO) to cancel this service and credit my account, I may have come to a solution hopefully. I was told about three months ago that they would stop the charges and discontinue the services (neither have occurred.). I tried the solution from this site (complaint.com) to text message the crooks at Dada Binary but it keeps bouncing back. I suggest writing to your local better business bureaus about both Sprint and Dada. This is a false advertising and the CSR's at Sprint are basically worthless. Unfortunately I'm at work and can't access Dada as it's a blocked site by my company. Will try and eliminate this from my charges. Don't give up on these worthless people at Dada - they are scammers.

Two hours ago I thought I was receiving a complimentry ringtone as in "free of charge," "Costing nothing" Thats the adjective right? This was offered by Azlyrics.com After following 2 steps of the process of receiving this ringtone I was sent a msg from Dada.net telling me I had subscribed and I will be charged $10 per week. Its deceptive that they called it complimentry. They should have made it clear at step one and two. Here is a better way to say it "Click here to get your $10 ring tone" So I sent this to Azlyrics:

I'm not sure if you're aware of this problem, but given the fact that you are offering a complimentry ring-tone, Which is in-fact is not complimentry angers me! I thought I was downloading a free ringtone "the prince of bel-air" in order to check if the lyrics on your site were correct. I did this by following the prompts followed by the link on your webpage, I didn't have to click anything to say I acknowledged terms and conditions. Because there didn't appear to be any, it just said it would take 3 steps. 1 -enter my phone number, 2 - enter the code that was sent to my mobile, 3 they would download the song to my mobile. After finished step two it informed me that, "I kissed a girl" had been downloaded to my phone. What I found strange is I didn't even request this ring tone. I also received a text msg that I had subscribed mobile phone company called Dada, resulting of a cost of $10 per week. It said at the bottom of the screen to unsubscribe text "stop." I did this immediately. As I would never join a subscription service unless it offered in a package from my mobile provider. Due to the fact that you advertised this as a complimentry ringtone when it is not, I find this deceptive and unreasonable. This is trickery! I don't like to be conned. I feel that any costs I incur as a result of this should be for your account. I would like you to contact me in regards to this asap and your failure to do so will result in me contacting an Ombudsman and the Department of Consumer Protection.
