Please help me I have sent four e-mails to help me Howard, please help me Sleepy's will not honor their guarantee. I received a set of mattress and box spring as a gift and at this time it is worn out. I wake up with back aches and my body is sore. I contacted Sleepy's and they told me my problem was not covered by their guarantee. PLEASE CALL ME I have to much to say on a e-mail I really need help my time is running out.
