NO RESPONSE(S) FROM PCMAGIC.NET

NO RESPONSE(S) FROM PCMAGIC.NET I've been a customer of PCMAGIC.NET since back when it was JPS.NET. As of 03/07/2007 I have not reliably (if at all) been able to access my e-mail at pcmagic.net nor have they responded to several letters to support, sent from hotmail, or other portals. I pay quarterly, automatically, and feel that I/we deserve better than no response at all. It makes no difference whether I use my external USR Sportster at 56k or my (now) road-runner account. I'll sometimes get a "dump" of e-mail from them, but I can't reply to any of it! Does anyone know what's up with them? _________________________________________________________________ Rates near 39yr lows! $430K Loan for $1,399/mo - Paying Too Much? Early in 2007, the news server went erratic, disappearing completely later in the year. Then the mail server went out for nearly two weeks this past Fall. The website was gone, too. The website and the mail server came back, though... For a while. The site disappeared, apparently for good a couple of months ago, but I was still able to download and send e-mail, via DSL, until only a few days ago, when it all went out again. I've tried calling the place, but they don't answer their phones anymore. Their old number routs you to a place that told me they got hundreds of calls from curious and irate PCM customers in the Fall, by the way. I'd like to know what happened, as there was no notice of impending shutdown (though, really, the lack of bills, even when I requested them this past year; and the unstable news server should have given me warning...)."
