Kay's Caps

I noticed a Kay's Cap RJH design with museum of Civilization nursing, etc. that I'd ordered on their they gave to them instead They told me they couldn't serve me, basically to get lost, etc. My friend is an RJH grad of ' 83 Email User and she was helping me get this/an RJH cap to replace one stolen from me, but even though I did everything right, they gave me S* and told me we've got so many "e" s, etc and requests from you, " we've returned your money order, etc. and we can't help you, etc. don't as opposed to please call again, etc. Waht's their PROBLEM ? !

This individual has many, many serious problems. We were never able to ascertain what RJH stands for and so we could not help her. No amount of communication could convince her that we could not send her an RJH cap.
