I placed an order yesterday BEFORE NOON, so it could be delivered to my daughter on the SAME DAY! I received a call about 2 hours later saying the shop did not have the required pink vase. We agreed a clear square vase would be fine for my "PRETTY IN PINK" order. The young lady on the phone also said she would email me telling me what the actual order would look like. The flowers were not delivered yesterday, 3/14/07. It is nearly noon, today, 3/15, and the flowers have still not been delivered.

I will NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW WHAT A HORRIBLE JOB YOU HAVE DONE. I WILL FORWARD THIS EMAIL TO EVERYONE I KNOW, AND I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT ON LINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I CAN'T BELIEVE THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY KNOWS HOW INADEQUATE HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE PERFORMS.
