The technician did not wall mount the same and did a shoody job with all pipes and wires hanging which is dangerous. When pointed out he said the service people will attend to it and till date no one has turned up in spite of phone calls. The salesman promised freebies also to lure me into buying the equipment and has not yet given the freebies. Further the warranty card issued to me states" with Eurosmile Service you get prompt, reliable service in ypur home .....regardless of how often you need or how complex the problem is. As Per warranty min 4 quaterly service has to be done and not one done so far. I want them to immediately fix the equipment wall mounted and do a neat wiring fixing of the pipes etc and also do the service immediately and extend free service of 3 more quarters . If not I want my money back with interest. Consequences : all pipes and wires hanging which is dangerous.
