Certigy Another loud complaint against Certigy My purse was stolen December 24, 2006. I filed a police report. I cancelled all my cards and checking account. Several checks were outstanding. Two were to Albertson's grocery store That's where Certify got involved. I talked to several people about clearing these checks and requested copies to make sure I had written them and not the thief. Several weeks after the request and several more phone calls I finally got copies of the checks. I immediately sent payment together with the police report, and letter from my bank. They deposited my checks and they cleared my bank on February 14th. As recent as yesterday my account has not been cleared. On Monday this week, March 12 I was on hold forever and finally talked to a supervisor who assured me that they were sending communication to clear this up. Today, March 15th, I was on hold again for 97 minutes today trying to get this cleared. Again they told me that they would send another email to the administration to clear this up.
