DEALING WITH COSMOS AUTO INC: Recently I went the the process of finding a carrier to ship a family car from From California to Florida. I googled "Car Transports" and was given a list of Brokers/carriers. One such carrier was Cosmos Auto Inc. Cosmos gave a reasonable quote so I called. With the first phone call began a long line of problems. The phone call was cold, No name, just someone asking me to send my credit card information over through regular email.

I asked for a name of a customer service rep who would be helping me through the process. Cosmos rep said we don't give out our names and "told me" to give them my credit card information.

Because they already had my information from the goggle search and I told them they had poor customer service this was email response I received from them: Please read:

I can probably see your house from my house in San Clemente.

On clear days I see the San Diego houses with the naked eye.
