Hewelet Packard OfficeJet 6110 and 7115 all in one

I bought these two all-in –one office machines and both malfunctioned within one year or less. I contacted Hewelet Packard for help, but they said it’s not their problem anymore and refused any help at all. I wrote an Email to the head of the company, as it was listed on their webpage, stating that I will receive a response within a few business days. It has been many months, and no response. I feel cheated by this company Hewlet Packard, who does not seem to care about their clients. I am also a business owner and have never treated my clients with such uncaring disrespect. I have heard many more unpleasant stories regarding faulty HP printers, etc. I will not buy HP products for my office and will stick with more reputable companies.
