Cingular Wireless Customer No-Service

I called the 800 number to speak with someone regarding Cingular's

disconnecting my service and was very disappointed about their lack

of customer service. I spoke with an un-gentleman named Brian Willey.

This young man must have been trained at a collection agency because

he was rude and not helpful. I have had service with Cingular for

over 10 years and have never experienced this type of unhelpful

attitude. I closed my Florida account and when I went to pay the

online bill I was informed that the account was closed so the final

payment could not be made to them through the internet. So I decided

to wait until I got the final bill. The bill never came! They say

they mailed it out, but I honestly did not get anything in the mail.

They did not even call my home and leave a message- no they just cut

my service off on my account that was paid up. I thought the customer

was always right but not anymore. Needless to say I have dropped them

as my carrier and will no longer do business with them.
