The reporrt allegedly is free, but to obtain it, you have to provide credit information and your credit card does get billed monthly thereafter. I think there's a tiny clause that says you must cancel in 30 days - I just tried to cancel the service and dialed the number they give as the "cancellation" line - 1-888-888-8553 - and after connection and a message punch 1 for cancellation, got re-routed somewhere else - two operators (I don't think they have an office, it must be an answering service) told me to dial 1-888-888-8553 - the number I dialed - the 3rd said the office was closed but that she would ensure the account being cancelled - don't fall for this free service.
