I uninstalled their Yahoo messenger software and they left a software component (a kind of spyware) behind that can't be deleted with add/remove. They told the Better Business Bureau that I could remove it with Add/Remove and in an email to me they said they were working on the problem which means they told the BBB one thing and another thing to me. I also have an email that says that they can't (won't) remove the software component which is called "Auto Address Complete".
