UPS Failure to Pick up

I live in Fairfax, VA and work in sales. I work out of my house and need to send packages to my home office and my regional office. My company has a corporate account with UPS- USELESS PROCRASTINATING SLUGS and I also pay to have my personal items sent via their unreliable service. I normally need to send items by next day air particularly my expense reports. They have once again failed to pick up my package when it has been sitting outside for hours. This is not the first time – try five different times. Some of the packages that were supposed to go out were bids for projects – needless to say we didn’t meet the deadline. They have also picked up a UPS Letter package and then lost it for four days in their warehouse! I would drive to the UPS Store but the nearest one if 20 minutes away and in the DC traffic that can turn into a much longer trip. I don’t know what I can do to get these USELESS PROCRASTINATING CLUGS to sit up and do their miniscule low level retard jobs! It is totally pathetic and I need some sort of recourse. I have tired not to be pissed off but what am I to do – they are costing me and my company money with their failure to provide service

Please advise if there is any form of class action suit or other recourse that can be taken.
