Dear Sir/Madam,

Replacement of the Freezer Door – Model No. 17NFE

I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator in the year 2003.

The freezer door is broken and now the freezer cannot be used due to this

reason.

I informed the local agent about 3 months back failed to get a freezer door.

Every time when I called I was told that they have placed an order for

this item but still not received.

Without having a freezer door the refrigerator does not work for other

purposes properly.

Please let me know how can I obtain a freezer door little faster for the

refrigerator of the above model .
