I paid my bill IN FULL and sent the bill by paying for a 2-3 day priority mail service, and have a receipt for it. I always pay that way so I have a receipt


Chase processed it a day late charged me a finance fee and late fee. They waived the late fee, but refused to take off the finance fee. I appealed and sent them a copy of my mail delivery receipt. They still refused and sent me another finace fee this month - they called the "double wammy" their policy.


THis was not my fault and I have proof that I sent my bill with the proper delivery method. They made a mistake and refuse to except responsibility. So, I am being forced to pay for their mistake.


I guess the little guy takes the hit!
