FUJI MEX Fx-800 Digital CAM

Hi:

Actually its not turning on, I have also changed its batteries even then no response.

It only glows the busy light n after this it keep silent.

Then wat should I do now

I've also the same problem with my FUJIMEX FX-800. It couldnt start after the busy signal.
