i pass this place on my comute to work. i thought i would give it a try. i drove 1 hour with a date to wait approx 40 min to be seated. pickles were supposed to be served first, (a novelty) they never arrived. we tried to order their seafood combo...they were out of it, also out of the steak special , and a chicken item.

we ordered something else (we had driven 1 hour for the seafood combo). i was still keeping an open mind.

well, our salad arrived first and it was ok. THEN our steamed clams arrived. our entree arrived before we were done with our clams and at that time, i ordered another long island for my date. it took WAY too long to arrive. i had to ask the waiter TWICE for the drink. waiter said there is only 1 bartender and she's backed up. is that my problem?? this was NOT a pleasent dinner.

i have my own business and if there is something wrong...i want to know to fix it.

i emailed the owner to tell him about what happened, not looking for anything except an appology, and thank you for the heads up about his staff.

nothing, no responce. it seems another writer was correct. he does NOT care about his customers or his business. i will not go back there. and will help other people not make the mistake i made.
