MOVING SOLUTIONS ,Nickel Mine Ave, Las Vegas, Nv

My name is Cerstin Belsito and I contacted and signed a contract with this company in Oct 2006. They where operating first out of Mi and I moved to AZ.

I was sopposed to get my furniture in Oct, when they arrived 2/3 of the merchandise was still in Mi and it all came in Jan 2007. But meanwhile they had charged my credit cards multiple times up to 11.500.00

I had a contract for 7.000.00 .

I tried many, many times to contact this company to get my money back and I have not succeeded. The credit card company does not want to pay me back, because I can not provide the sales slip, but moving solutions took the info by phone..

On top of all this we missed a boese radio and two watches out of the car.

Please help me to resolve this problem, I am sure they will do this to other clients as well.

What can I do further to get my money back ?
