Air Deccan Online Booking Problem,Call Center Inefficient

Air Deccan Show Off itself as low cost Quality air service Provider. But the ground reality is far away.

I booked a online ticket on 7th march .But not get PRN or any reference number against the online booking. When i called my credit company they told me that transaction is done and money is deducted from my account. I called 5 times Air - deccan call center 5 times, all the time my call get on hold for customer care executive for more than 30 min to 45 min.

There feed back form on internet is not working

I don't know how and by whom i get this thing resloved
