cingular wireless in shreveport and bossier city louisiana the reception sucks at one time last week the entire grid of towers went down rendering all cingular phones inoperable for hours and i drop approximately 40% of calls i make horrible right in the middle of town i dropped a call once looking at a cingular tower with my own eyes this phone is my primary means of communications being a paramedic and also a police officer on 24 hour call this sucks but the only response we get is "we know this is a problem and we are working on it lol
