Complaint & Claim by Consumer council Admn Exec.Attn Most urgent - mail no -2 Dear Sir
I had send an email regarding denied of my family ticket confirmation & rescheduling of five passengers to your attn on today early morning after a 2-30 hours continued talk on line with your call centre people. But till now , no reply has come from your end. The resheduling is denied only because of fault of retrieving by your system. So, plse look in to this matter very serious and get back to me with proper solution, If not, I have to take an appropriate action
