dpi digital printers international Dpi 16220 NE 13th Ave., North Miami Beach, FL 33162 This company prints business cards, flyers, and postcards, and offers service to mostly realtors. I originally ordered from Nick Arrington, but was given his boss, Mark Weithorn who refuses to make their order good.
In July, 2006, I ordered 3000 postcards for $1080, design $15, Tax 7%, totaling $1095.00 Their service was supposed to consist of printing the cards, providing addresses from county records, and mailing the cards. This is now March 2007, and I am still fighting with them to perform the services they advertised. In a letter from their accounting office, Debra Norman says that they sent 2300 postcards to the post office, and only 1681 of those were sent out due to bad addresses, (they provided the addresses). They sent me a box of hundreds of un-addressed post cards, expecting me to address them and mail them out myself. I can’t see how I pay for a service to have these postcards mailed to people only to have a portion of them mailed out and the rest mailed to me. For months, I have asked them to either do the postcards over or to only charge me for the 1681 that were mailed out. On February 23, 2007, Debra Norman and Mark Withorn said they are only going to reimburse me $252 since they gave the post office 2300 cards. (Even though their service is to mail them). They owe me $474.84 or redo the cards and send them out as they were supposed to. I recommend anyone dealing with this business have their attorney draw up the contract, or just choose another company.
