I have called the 800 number and ordered the replacement filter
(XSH600N) for my shark twice (2times). I have received the wrong filter
both times. The second time I called, the young lady was confused about
what I was ordering. When I finally thought I had gotten through to her
(double checking on the replacement number) I still received the wrong
one. What is with this company?

They have horrible customer service. I ordered replacement filsters for my Shark-Vac ero pro. It's bee almost 2 months, no filters yet. They customer service reps are expert in giving me the run around. I do not recommend buying for this company.
