I received a tail light assembly that was missing everything but the lens. I called and followed their return policy to the letter. The customer service agent wanted me to send a photo of the part to prove I didn't receive the wrong part. Nothing in their return policy asks anyone to photograph parts. Simply said, this is a scam to deny all returns, no matter how valid.
After seven calls, an hour on hold, and being hung up on six times, they gave me a return number.
This company is a scam shop. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and everyone should avoid them at all cost. This is nothing short of a criminal enterprise that steals from customers. They sent me the wrong catalytic converter for my truck. I am trying to get a refund now that I sent the wrong one back. I am on hold for at least 1 hour every day or I get someone that has no idea what they are doing. They have pretty much stolen $160 from me and I STILL HAVE NO TRUCK TO DRIVE! That was all the money I had to fix it. I just keep calling and keep holding...getting more and more pissed off! Extremely Hard to get hold of ANYONE tyhat does Not lie and make excuses, and being on Hold for an hour is Nothing, i have been on hold several Hours at a time Over and Over, only to get transferd from one idiot to another. I Orderd Brake Parts, after tearing down my car i discoverd the break Parts they shipped were wrong, Called to get a return Authorization, was told "we Dont do Exchanges' THEN they offerd to ship the Correct Parts IF i gave them another Credit Card, Which they INSTANTLY Charged, So Far after 10 Days NOTHING.
